CrossLearn is a youth-driven mentorship and leadership development program that connects students across ages and cultures through peer tutoring, guided mentorship, and community service.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower students to learn, lead, and serve, fostering academic growth, leadership skills, and cross-cultural understanding.

Our Philosophy
-
We believe every student brings unique experiences, identities, and strengths that enrich a shared learning community.
-
Learning is most meaningful when it's shared, supported, and rooted in respect for diverse perspectives.
-
We create equitable opportunities for students to build academic foundation while fostering empathy, resilience, and cross-cultural understanding.
CrossLearn is a youth-driven initiative led by a diverse team of 7th to 11th graders from public and private schools across New York City. These young changemakers are deeply committed to community service and fostering an inclusive learning environment. By leveraging their firsthand understanding of the student experience, our leaders drive the growth of the CrossLearn community with empathy, innovation, and a tireless dedication to helping their peers succeed.
