欢迎加入CAAMNY的青年领袖跨代社区服务项目。在这里，老年人与青年一代在一起分享故事，连接年龄跨度，创造长久的友谊！
发挥影响力：我们特别的青年领袖计划把年轻人和当地社区养老院的年长者汇聚在一起。你可以领导以以下主题为中心的工作坊，比如：英语，艺术，音乐，舞蹈，技术支持，创意写作，象棋，时事，等等。你付出的时间和努力会给年长者的生活带来新鲜的活力，特别是长期独居的老人。他们的人生智慧也会给你带来不一样的视角。
时间灵活：你可以选择定期参与或者不定时参加，来适应你的生活节奏。

Who welcome everyone who is passionate about community service and eager to make a difference in a student-led community where leaders connect and cultures meet. our flexible engagement model empowers volunteers to contribute through online peer tutoring, mentoring programs, or in-person meetups across different neighborhoods.

这项课程旨在给新移民通过提供必要的语言技能，以提高他们的就业前景，增强他们的沟通能力，并促进他们在社区中的归属感。
我们的课程提供全面的英语语言教育，重点关注口语、听力、阅读和写作技能。课程由经验丰富的英语作为第二语言（ESL）教师设计，将融入互动式的教学方法、文化融合活动和现实生活场景，以提高学习体验。参与者将有机会与CAAMNY的以英语为母语的志愿者进行练习。
